Working principle of vertical boiling (granulation) dryer
The intake air processing unit filters and heats the intake air before introducing it into the bottom cylinder. The hot air is evenly blown up by the airflow distribution plate of the silo, forming a continuous fluidized state that is uniformly dried by the hot air. Or for fluidized bed granulation, the adhesive is injected into the material bin through a spray gun and atomized and sprayed onto the surface of the material under the action of compressed air; The particles of the material are bonded to each other through an adhesive bridge to form mother particles, gradually growing into wet particles that meet the requirements, and drying the adhesive under the action of hot air to obtain uniform dry particles.

Characteristics of vertical boiling (granulation) dryer equipment
1. Inlet air handling unit
The intake air treatment unit includes three levels of filters: initial efficiency G4, medium efficiency F8, and high-efficiency H13. The temperature control accuracy is high, and the intake air flow rate is controlled by the fan frequency conversion, which can be set and adjusted.
2. Host structure
The main engine includes a bottom cylinder, a mobile material bin, a fluidized bed bin, and an expansion chamber (also known as a filtration chamber); Silicone rubber expansion sealing rings are used between the bottom cylinder, mobile material bin, and fluidized bed bin, and have compressed air detection function to ensure reliable sealing.
3. Product filter
The double shaking bag anti-static bag filter (or stainless steel blowback filter can be used if there are special requirements) is sealed with a rubber expansion seal ring between the filter chamber, and has compressed air detection function to ensure reliable sealing. Design dust sensors for exhaust ducts and interlock them with PLC control systems to ensure product safety during the production process.
4. Exhaust air handling unit
The exhaust system can be designed and selected with a dust collection system according to requirements to ensure environmental protection.
5. Fluidized bed granulation
When required for fluidized bed drying granulation, provide an adhesive mixing tank and a peristaltic pump spray gun system, inject the adhesive into the material bin through the spray gun, and atomize and spray it onto the surface of the material under the action of compressed air; The particles of the material are bonded to each other through an adhesive bridge to form mother particles, gradually growing into wet particles that meet the requirements, and drying the adhesive under the action of hot air to obtain uniform dry particles.
